Dry skin brushing: a simple way to boost your immune system!

. Changing your perception and your thoughts: we already know that our state of mind is a key element. If we really want to live longer, then we can start with our attitude. Our way of thinking can not only impact the quality of our life, but also how long we actually live!

Ageing in our society

The team in charge of the residents were doing an incredible job. They were caring, acting gently with the residents and knowing them quite well.

I came across 6 residents sitting in the common area and gave them some gentle hand massage. Some have not been communicating or speaking for a few years.  Continue reading
